What types of events do you host?

We host weddings, quinceañeras, family reunions, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, retreats, fundraisers, bachelorette parties, and private celebrations. If you can imagine it, we can probably make it happen, let's talk.

What's the venue capacity?

Up to 60 guests indoors and up to 200 guests outdoors. Our overnight accommodations sleep up to 8 across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

What's included in the venue rental?

Tables, chairs, full property access (indoor, outdoor, gazebo, pergola bar, fire pit, and 1,800 sq ft patio), on-site parking for up to 30 vehicles, and direct support from us throughout your event.

What does venue rental cost?

Venue rental starts at $3,000. Pricing varies based on event type, day of the week, season, and whether overnight accommodations are included. Custom packages are available — book a tour for a personalized quote.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes. We have an open vendor policy and welcome your trusted team of caterers, florists, photographers, DJs, and planners. We're also happy to recommend local vendors we work with, because we know how much work this can become.

How far in advance should I book my event?

Most clients book 6–12 months out, though we accommodate shorter timelines when we can. We're currently booking 2026 and 2027 dates.
